Confirmations

Registration is in effect only when payment is completed. Upon receipt of your registration and payment, registrants will receive a confirmation letter by e-mail which should be presented at the registration desk on-site in exchange for the conference badge, OPIC2017 program and the conference abstracts.

Visa Application

Invitation Letter Application

Please apply to the secretariat the Request Form if invitation letter is required.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

No refund will be made for cancellations for any reason. If the registered participant is unable to attend, a substitute participant may be allowed provided prior notification is made to the OPIC2017 Secretariat, 2017 or a copy of OPIC2017 program booklet and the conference abstracts of your choice will be mailed to the registered address upon request.
